What is Journey Management?

The term ‘Journey Management’ is common language primarily associated with the Mining and Oil and Gas Sectors.  Fundamentally Journey Management is a process used by organisations to ensure their travelling workforce are safe, prior to, during and post travel. Have you ever wondered whether an employee has arrived safely at their destination, knowing they were driving alone for several hours or if they landed in that foreign country safely? • Managers can search for employees when a disaster occurs and identify who is in the affected area
