Innovative remote worker and journey management company SafetyIQ, has received a multi-million-dollar funds injection from Microsoft aligned VC firm, Future Now Capital Management. The investment will serve to fast-track SafetyIQ’s global growth rollout and underpin its ‘customer first’ value add strategy.
Queensland headquartered, SafetyIQ has developed market leading SaaS solutions that significantly improve the protection, monitoring and management of remote and mobile workforces. With origins and a strong presence in the global resources sector, SafetyIQ counts Rio Tinto, Orica, BHP, Sandvik among its clients. Other target industry verticals include NGO’s, linear infrastructure and AEC.
SafetyIQ CEO Joe Hoolahan said, “The pandemic has bought to the fore the need for enterprises to protect their workers as they work remotely while at the same time ensuring they remain connected. We are also acutely aware that reliable activity data is increasingly becoming a key business metric and we already witnessing how our customers are using the data to drive workforce movement efficiencies,” Joe Hoolahan added.
SafetyIQ is the first investment for newly founded, Future Now Capital Management, a Sydney based venture capital firm.
